Proud dad and little Stephen (isn't he precious?)!
My best friend Julie and her husband John are the proud parents of Stephen Ross Spencer! Many people have prayed for this day for a long time...and I want the world to know, God answered our prayers! Stephen was born on Sunday and is currently staying with foster parents until the court meets to officially hand him over to the Spencers!
